As a letting officer and valuations assistant, your role involves a variety of tasks to keep the valuations and property management department running smoothly
1. Property Management;
Getting property management mandates,
Vetting and selecting tenants,
Negotiating management mandates from landlords and marketing their properties.
Negotiating rentals,
Property inspections,
Monitoring property repairs,
Representation at Rent Board,
Ensuring all levies, rates, electricity and insurance are paid,
Handing over bad tenants for debt collection,
Recruitment and selection of caretakers and security personnel.
Update letting property listings,
Perform real estate market analysis.
2. Preparation of valuations;
Getting valuations instructions,
Property inspections,
Deeds Searches,
Surveyor General Office searches,
Town Planning Searches,
Property diagram sketches,
Valuation comparisons,
Valuation Report preparations,
Assist the sales team with property pricing and inspections.
Degree or diploma in Real Estate.
Proven experience in property valuations and/or property management a must.
Experience in property sales will be an added advantage.
Class 4 driver’s license
