Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented school leavers in Bulawayo and Harare to join our team as a Trainee Stocks Auditors. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in commercial subjects or mathematics and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting stock audits and investigations
- Verify inventory transactions and reconcile stock records
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams

Training and Development:

- On-the-job training in stock auditing and inventory management

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

- At least 10 points at Advanced Level in commercial subjects (Accounting, Business Studies, Economics) or Mathematics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
