Is in charge of Tills/Front Office/Exit point. Tills are manned (staff scheduling) depending on the level of business. Establishes shifts as appropriate. Does voids and take care of any challenges at the till points, Resolves customer complaints at his level with appropriate referrals to the manager (Reports to Manager)
