We are inviting applications for an energetic, ambitious and technology-driven individual to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Technology Sales & Implementation Officer will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, implementing and supporting the Smart EMR platform for healthcare facilities throughout Zimbabwe. This role combines business development, customer training, client relationship management and first-line customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up prospective clients.
Implementation
• Coordinate client onboarding.
• Configure new customer accounts.
• Support software implementation.
• Ensure successful system deployment.
Training
• Train doctors, nurses, receptionists and administrators.
• Conduct refresher training sessions.
• Develop user confidence and adoption.
• Prepare training reports.
Customer Success
• Provide first-line customer support.
• Resolve basic user issues.
• Escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Conduct regular customer follow-up visits.
Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess one of the following:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• Business Information Systems
• Sales and Marketing or Business Administration (with strong ICT skills)
• 0–5 years' experience (graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Healthcare industry exposure is desirable but not essential.
