Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess a National Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Studies or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience OR a degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent. For appointment at Senior Technician grade, applicants must have a degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent and at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
Applicants must have experience in both hardware and software maintenance as well as possess intimate knowledge of office software applications and Windows-based operating systems.
