CITI After Sales Center Zimbabwe was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix three worldwide famous mobile phone brands. Therefore, CITI After Sales Center Zimbabwe wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Technical Support Technician to be based in Harare.
π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
1. Responsible for product technical support, requiring quick response and timely handling of customers' after-sales problems and demands. Travel when necessary.
2. Responsible for guiding and supporting the installation, monitoring, later operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
3. Also make work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company.
4. Customer training: Provide product and after-sales process training to distributors and installers.
5. Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
1. Major in power electronics, electrical engineering. 2 Years Solar Experience in After-Sales is preferred.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Good computer and office software skills.
4. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, strong execution ability of target plan.
