The Opportunity
▪ Deliver and lead complex corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements
▪ Interface with ZIMRA, audit teams, boards and senior management
▪ Take ownership of technical quality, risk and client outcomes
▪ Develop and mentor teams within a strong learning culture
▪ Contribute to the continued growth of BDO Zimbabwe’s Tax practice

▪ Studying toward CA or ACCA | 3–5 years’ experience
▪ Strong technical foundation and readiness for increased responsibility
