STUDENT ATTACHEE- FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Job Description

We are looking for a student attaché (Finance and Administration) to join our vibrant team in HARARE

The incumbent will be reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and file records of expenditure, process invoices and claims for payments, and track payments relating to office costs and program activities
• Administer financial accounts and manage petty cash
• Register expenditures in all relevant financial systems
• Prepare office budgets, financial forecasts, and reports
• Assist relevant staff and partners with budgeting, monitoring, and financial reporting
• Assist with procurement of goods and services as required
• Prepare and submit statutory financial declarations

Qualifications and Experience

The desired candidate must be studying towards a Degree in Accounting or related field.
