We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SHEQ Officer to oversee Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality compliance across residential housing and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for site inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, compliance monitoring, safety training, and ensuring adherence to construction, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) compliance on construction projects through site inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, safety training, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications and Experience
• Higher National Diploma or Degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and construction site safety practices
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous construction industry experience is an added advantage
