Terms of Reference for Publications (annual report, bulletins) designing and printing

Duties and Responsibilities

The Contractor will be expected to:
1. Strategize
• Meet with the MCT Communications Officer or management to clearly outline deliverables and expectations of the organisation.
2. Content audit
• Service provider’s input or contribution on how the publications can be design friendly
• Suggest placements of content and graphics for content enhancement
3. Design and layout
• Design page templates and share for approval.
4. Proof reading
• Ensure design elements are in line with what the team initially agreed on
• Sharing of tentative publications on PDF version

Qualifications and Experience

1. Company/Personal Profile
2. ZIMRA tax clearance certificate for 2024 or later
3. Trade References of previously designed publications
