Qualifications / Experience / Competencies
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / ICT or equivalent with a 2.1 class or better.
* At least three years’ experience in a Service Desk environment.
* ITIL Certification(s) and basic understanding of cloud computing would be an added advantage.
* Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a demanding environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player that pays attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems, preferably ServiceNow.
