SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER
REPORTS TO OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
JOB SUMMARY
A manufacturing organization is looking to engage a qualified and experienced person. The position requires an individual with experience in the manufacturing industry. As the organization has aggressive expansion plans, we require a high caliber, proven professional with significant security/risk management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Responsible for planning and implementing security strategies proactively avoiding loss of company products, property and assets
✓ Security Intelligence gathering and taking the necessary preventive actions
✓ Threat analysis and risk mitigation
✓ Deployment of modern technology ,surveillance infrastructure and systems in the security management
✓ Risk management for the entire manufacturing value chain embedding loss control measures.
✓ Maintaining relationships with relevant security agencies.
Qualifications and Experience
COMPETENCIES
✓ Proven knowledge of Security Industry
✓ Strong analytical ,communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Knowledge of MS Office
✓ Strong knowledge of Emergency Procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
✓ Diploma in Security Management / Risk Management
✓ EX- ZNA/ZRP/ZPS experience an added advantage
✓ Good knowledge of the security industry a pre-requisite
✓ A minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar role
