The job exists to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Development of Strategic planning and HR Metrics
• Recruitment and Selection.
• Payroll administration
• Advising line managers and other employees on laws, policies and procedures.
• Ensure workplace health and safety
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Developing training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Employee engagement and culture-building
• Talent management and succession planning
• Strategic business partnering
• Any other duties assigned
• Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with a 2.1-degree class or better
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Working knowledge of payroll systems
• Prior experience with HR data analytics and metrics
• Change management experience & strategic planning
• Business Acumen
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
