SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of graphic materials, including:
o Logos, branding, and identity systems
o Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters)
o Digital assets (websites, social media graphics, email campaigns)
o User interface designs
 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure that designs meet project objectives and align with business goals
 Oversee the work of junior designers and provide guidance and mentorship
 Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications and Experience

 Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
 Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create visually appealing and effective designs
