Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced ERP Softwares Consultant to fill in a position that has arisen in our organization. To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ERP systems, and a strategic mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) ERP Strategy: Developing and overseeing the implementation of the company's ERP strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
2)Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of ERP specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
3) System Implementation: Planning and overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring successful integration with existing systems.
4) Vendor Management: Managing relationships with ERP software vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendor performance meets expectations.
5) Customization and Configuration: Overseeing the customization and configuration of ERP software to meet the specific needs of the organization.
6) System Maintenance and Upgrades: Ensuring the regular maintenance and timely upgrades of ERP systems to optimize performance and security.
7) User Training: Developing and implementing training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of ERP functionalities.
8) Data Management: Ensuring the integrity, security, and accuracy of data within the ERP system. Implementing data governance policies.
9) Budgeting and Resource Management: Developing and managing budgets for ERP projects and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
10) Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with ERP implementations, ensuring data security and compliance.
11) Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, regarding ERP project progress and benefits.
12) Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and user guides.
13) Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of ERP data and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree in Computer Science / Commerce / Accounting or any Relevant field
• Knowledge of Accounting , database and Networking
• Have at least 3 years experience in ERP Softwares implementation, training and support
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent and collaborate with team members
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Clean class 4 Driver's license
