We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Client Services Manager to lead our client services team and drive exceptional customer experience. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Lead and mentor a team of client services representatives to deliver high-quality service and meet performance metrics
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities
Act as the escalation point for complex client issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and relationship-building activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related qualification
3+ years of experience in client services or account management
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to benefit clients and the company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Has worked in the digital marketing environment
