Sales Team Leaders

Job Description

We are looking for results-driven Sales Team Leaders to lead teams of door-to-door sales agents in promoting our membership benefits to small and medium businesses across Zimbabwe. Successful candidates will be responsible for setting sales targets, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Set and achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing members
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback
- Negotiate significant/major contracts and close deals
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Qualifications and Experience

- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven experience in sales leadership (managing sales teams), preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in door-to-door sales or business-to-business sales an advantage
- Knowledge of the small business landscape is a plus
