We are looking for disciplined, ambitious, and hardworking young individuals who have completed A Level and recent graduate who are passionate about building a career in Sales, Customer Solutions, and Business Development.
This is a structured training position designed to develop future technical sales professionals through hands-on field exposure, product knowledge development, customer engagement, and performance-based growth.
We are looking for attitude, discipline, confidence, willingness to learn, and an interest in technical products or solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
ï‚·Identifying and approaching potential customers
ï‚·Presenting and explaining technical products or services to clients
ï‚·Assisting in generating leads and following up on prospects
ï‚·Supporting product demonstrations and customer presentations
ï‚·Helping customers understand product features, benefits, and practical use
ï‚·Maintaining customer records in sales/CRM systems
ï‚·Preparing daily and weekly sales activity reports
ï‚·Supporting senior technical sales representatives in meetings and field activities
ï‚·Handling basic customer inquiries, objections, and technical questions
ï‚·Assisting in providing suitable product recommendations based on customer needs
ï‚·Ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship building
ï‚·Following documented sales SOPs, technical procedures, and performance targets
ï‚·Attending internal product, technical, and sales training sessions
Qualifications and Experience
A Level, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
ï‚·Proven track record or strong demonstrable aptitude in sales, business development, or customer management.
ï‚·Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
ï‚·Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet strict performance metrics.
ï‚·Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
