Duties and Responsibilities

 Handling of telephone and walk in sales enquiries;
 Generation of Quotations and Proforma invoice information;
 Order processing (invoicing etc.);
 Following up and cold-calling on customers by telephone;
 Basic stock management;
 Impeccable customer service;

Qualifications and Experience

 At least five ‘O’ Level passes including English and Mathematics.
 A degree/diploma in marketing, or advanced progress towards attaining one.
 Experience in sales, or managing the front-line office.
 Computer literacy
 Fluency in written and spoken English
 Basic industry knowledge.
 Basic stock knowledge management
