Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and markets.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Make outbound visits to potential clients to introduce company products.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
• Maintain consistent communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and maintain a record of interactions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs.
• Build rapport and establish trust during face-to-face and virtual interactions.
• Prepare customized proposals that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our products or services.
• Ensure proposals are clear, professional, and persuasive.
• May be required to deliver engaging presentations to prospects and stakeholders.
• Use presentation tools to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• IMM Diploma/Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in personal selling, customer service, or related fields is a must. Knowledge of motor vehicle spares will be a distinct added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools).
• Valid class 4 driver’s licence
• Aged 28 years and above
Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering presentations.
