Job Description

Our Client in Real Estate is looking for a Sales Officer to create competitive advantage for the company in sales. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills and should posses an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meeting and surpassing sales turnover budgets
Monitoring subordinates performance
Designing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Designing promotions to increase sales dominance
Designing, reviewing and maintaining sales controls
Developing pricing strategies

Qualifications and Experience

First Degree in Marketing and Sales and or related field
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Real Estate is an added advantage
A clean driver`s license
Understanding and knowledge of sales
Strong, analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
The ability to work under pressure
