Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

Ray of Hope Broadcasting t/a YAFM, a member of Mejrkh Holdings, is looking for a talented and energetic Sales and Marketing professional to lead the Sales and Marketing department of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set targets and drive team to success through strategic leadership
• Mentor and motivate your team for a culture of excellence and innovation
• Research and develop various marketing strategies for the company's products and services, including radio and digital media platforms.
• Design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered, including setting marketing schedules and coordinating with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals.
• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals. Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service, answering questions about product and service benefits, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns are in line with the company's financial goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Create and present regular performance reports for management and executives, detailing the success of marketing campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies or a related field
• Relevant courses may include marketing, business studies, media studies, design and visual communication
• Certifications from professional marketing, advertising or PR societies
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
• Relevant industry experience in the broadcasting or media sector
• Work experience as a sales representative, in customer service, marketing, communications, journalism, advertising or media

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, e-commerce
