Our client is looking for a sales manager who is experienced and will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. The candidate will leverage his/her expertise in sales and marketing to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, negotiation, and customer engagement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Set clear, measurable sales goals for the team and monitor progress towards those goals
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to sales representatives to improve skills and productivity

Thorough understanding of Steel products, tools, and home improvement categories
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management, sales forecasting, and data analysis
• Between 30-40 years
• Have the capability to turn around the performance of the sales team
