As we expand our market footprint, we are looking for a vibrant, creative, and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team.
The Role
This is a hybrid role combining traditional field sales with modern digital marketing. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing our digital platforms, and executing sales strategies to increase revenue in Masvingo and surrounding regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy: Manage and grow our social media pages (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and X).
• Content Creation: Design engaging flyers, videos, and copy showcasing our roofing products.
• Lead Generation: Run targeted online ad campaigns to attract contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Direct Sales: Conduct physical site visits, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
• Customer Relations: Respond promptly to online inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and offer excellent after-sales support.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, construction trends, and customer needs in the region.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing (experience in hardware, construction, or manufacturing is a major advantage).
• Proven track record of managing business social media pages and running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing apps.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s License a must.
• Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Masvingo.
