Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Consultants to drive sales for M&J's services, including sales consultancy and software solutions. This role is ideal for young, passionate individuals who are hungry to grow in sales and are willing to learn and work hard. No degree is required — we value skills, attitude, and results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
-Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads.

-Present and sell M&J’s services to new and existing customers.

-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

-Follow up on leads, quotations, and client queries.

-Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

-Attend sales training and regular team meetings.

-Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Requirements
-Passion for sales and business development.

-Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

-High energy, confidence, and a positive attitude.

-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different client needs.

-Resilience and ability to handle rejection.

-Strong work ethic, discipline, and goal orientation.

-Minimum 5 O' Levels (including English and Mathematics).

-Prior sales experience is an added advantage, but not required — full training will be provided
