Job Description

As a Sales Consultant specializing in software solutions, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge software products. Leveraging your knowledge of the software industry and excellent communication skills, you will engage with clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored software solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our software division.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement:

-Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.

2. Needs Assessment:

-Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
-Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most suitable software solutions.

3. Proposal and Quotation:

Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic project estimations.

4. Sales Negotiation:

-Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
-Address client concerns and objections effectively to close deals.

5. Relationship Building:

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and insight into software solutions.

6. Market Intelligence:

-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
-Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our software offerings.

7. Sales Target Achievement:

-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
-Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client engagement and satisfaction.

9. Pipeline Management:

-Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
-Update CRM systems with client interactions, leads, and sales progress.

10.Customer Education:

-Educate clients on the features, functionalities, and benefits of our software solutions.
-Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B software sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is an asset.

-Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
