The purpose of the position is to generate revenue for the company through selling the company’s stands and apartments.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Selling the company’s products and services.
• Generating and converting sales leads.
• Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
• Organizing promotional activities as assigned.
• Managing the company’s digital marketing space, monitoring and reporting performance of the company and its products on digital platforms.
• Implementing customer relationship managements strategies.
• Conducting market trend analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least a Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• A qualification in Digital marketing.
• Have at least 5years experience in sales and marketing, with at least two having been in property sales.
• Be highly computer literate, being proficient in MS Office.
• Be a good negotiator.
• Have sound written and oral communication skills.
• Be digital marketing savvy.
