Job Description

This is a fulltime on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Trainee, located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, providing excellent customer service and supporting sales management activities. Daily tasks include communication with clients, customer support and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques. The trainee will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

• Positive attitude, open minded and self-motivated
• Passionate about sales as a carrier
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable with technology
• Leadership role in high school (Prefect, Debate, Sports Captain) is an added advantage
Requirements
• A Level passes (any subjects, but Accounting, IT/Computer Science, Business Studies are a plus)
• Strong English skills, good passes at both O and A Level
