SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and will perform the following
duties among others;
• Markets the Company’s products.
• Sources for new business.
• Conducts market intelligence.
• Recommends business development strategies.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key clients and other stakeholders.
• Identifies and targets potential clients and markets, with the aim of expanding the
Company’s customer base and achieving revenue growth.
• Prepares marketing reports.
• Recruits sales representatives, sets objectives, trains and coaches them, and monitors their performance

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five (5) “O” level passes including English Language.
• Must have a degree or a diploma in sales or marketing.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Drivers licence a must.
• Computer literate.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
