Reporting to the Gender Based Violence (GBV) Coordinator, the Results-Management Management (RBM) Officer will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for implementation of the Results-Management Management (RBM) for the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) Victim Friendly Unit (VFU) model under the DREAMS (Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS- free, Mentored, Safe) Initiative
Design, manage, plan and coordinate programme activities for the RBM within the Victim Friendly Unit (VFU) of the ZRP.
Lead the development of RBM-related workplans, budgets and proposals.
Support the VFU in the adaptation and development of RBM model.
Develop and periodically update standard operating procedures and tools for RBM.
Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with key child protection stakeholders at district, provincial, ad national level.
Provide recommendations and strategic advice to management and the Strategic Information and Evaluation (SIE) department.
Support and document trend analyses and findings from RBM model and provide recommendations.
Provide technical support and mentorship to provincial and district VFU police.
Conduct documentation of best practices and project briefs with support from Advocacy & Communications.
Coordinate meetings and provide logistical support as necessary to stakeholders
Support completion of key deliverables in the departmental work plan.
Consolidate, review, and analyze reports.
Degree in Social Work, Social Science or any other related field.
3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Experience in working with survivors of gender-based violence and familiar with legislature around GBV.
Proven experience in the design, implementation, and management of child protection and programs.
Experience in working with different stakeholders, preferably including experience in leading coordination efforts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiatives and leadership.
