Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

ZSM01/25 Revaluation of Equipment (Geology equipment, Survey equipment, Mining equipment, Metallurgy equipment, Administration equipment, NB values to be in Zig and USD)

ZSM01/25 Revaluation of furniture and fittings (NB values to be in Zig and USD)

ZSM03/25 Glow bars for fusion furnace 20x 600x 1450 (Qty - 6)

ZSM04/25 Service and maintenance of Rocillab pulveriser (Qty - 2) Change oil rings (6)
Lubricating, supplying rubber liners, Calibrating device timer, Supply new bowl and crushing head

ZSM05/25 ACQ 1331 Yutong (V.I.D for fitness, Motor vehicle service at 230 255km, Repairing of air bags
Licking pipe, Repairing of the door, electrical fault, Front and back wind screen sealing, Repairing 10
seats (Qty 10), Washing of all curtains)

ZSM06/25 ABZ 8228 Rosa Mitsubishi ( V.I.D Fitness 1, Service at 270 318km, Repairing back fender)

ZSM07/25 Laundry (Bed sheets (Qty - 72), Pillow cases (Qty - 70), 2 in one blanket (Qty - 15), Blankets (Qty - 21), Shower curtains (Qty - 12), Fitted sheets (Qty - 5)

ZSM08/25 ACQ 1331 Yutong bus (Tyre size 315/80R 22.5 (Qty - 1))

ZSM09/25 Duster AEF 5571 (Repairing gear box mounting, Repairing front suspension, Servicing inner and outer CVs, Replace drive shaft seals)

ZSM10/25 Service for HP 1320 Printer, HP laserjet 2550D printer, HP laserjet CM 3530

ZSM11/25 Consulting services to conduct leadership capacity assessment and development.

ZSM12/25 Bus AEZ 1772 Asia star (Bus tyres 315/80R 22.5 (Qty - 2)

ZSM13/25 Supply and fit of canopies for the two vehicles, Toyota Hilux GD6 (Qty - 2)

ZSM14/25 AEE 5373, Service at 210 000km

Qualifications and Experience

Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.

NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification

How to Apply

Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number.
