Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

ZSM 194. ACQ 1331, Motor vehicle service @ 221 834km (Qty - 1), Certificate of fitness (Qty - 1);
ZSM 195 Tissues (Qty - 5000);
ZSM 196 AEN 8772, Fitting brake pad (Qty - 1), Servicing hand brake lever (Qty - 1);
ZSM 197 AEO 5595, Car battery 639 (Qty - 1);
ZSM 198 AEE 5673 Fortuner, Replacing fuel filter (Qty - 1);
ZSM 199 Water capacity test to a newly drilled borehole, which is 145m deep and cased down to 96m (Qty- 1);
ZSM 200 ABZ 8228, V.I.D certificate of fitness (Qty - 1), Branding vehicle (Qty - 1) [Samples to be provided upon submission];
ZSM 201 Cooler bags with thermal lining (Qty - 120), Branded golf T-shirts with ZSM and COMZ logo (Qty - 120), Caps branded with ZSM and COMZ logo (Qty - 120), Key holder branded COMZ and ZSM logo (Qty - 120);
ZSM 202 Single blankets (Qty - 14), Bed sheets double and single (Qty - 44), 2 in-1 blanket (Qty - 4), Bed sheets (Qty - 6), Pillow cases;
ZSM 203. Fizzy drinks cans, Coke, sprite, Fanta, ginger and sparletta (Qty - 440), Fizzy drinks cans (Qty - 1000), [Coke, sprite, Fanta, ginger and sparletta];
ZSM 204. Fizzy and minute maid (Qty - 200 cases), Coke, sprite, Fanta, ginger, and Minute Maid variety of flavours 100% Juices (Qty - 200 units), (Ceres, apple, blueberry, cranberry, grape, tropical, mango, orange), Chibuku 2litres (Qty -480units).
ZSM 205 Hiring of one VIP tent (200-seater) for a day (Qty - 1)

Qualifications and Experience

Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.

NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification

How to Apply
