Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

ZSM 027. Consultant-Board Management induction and training.

ZSM 028. A5 Booklets (cover and inside pages binded together, stappled binding, glossy paper) (Qty - 200); Trifold brochure (A4 Glossy)(Qty - 1000); A5 flyers (glossy)(Qty - 100); Business cards 90x50(printed on synacotte) (Qty - 400).

ZSM 029. Service and repair a pellet pressing machine. Visit to see the machine before quoting (Qty - 1); Fabricate 3 pellet pressing dies. (Come and get sample/take measurements at the school)(Qty -1);

ZSM 030. Cupboards + Top compartments (Qty - 1); Length 5.4m and height 2m [Site visit to be done on the 2nd of February at 2.00pm at the school]

ZSM 031. Refurbishment of 3 rock Display units and trussing table. (Qty - 4) [Site visit to be done on the 2nd of February at 2.00pm at the school]

ZSM 032. Training Services for 16 participants on ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 management system Development and implementation.

ZSM 033. Air Conditioner Servicing-Library (Qty - 1).

ZSM 034. Repairs to one oil leaking cooking industrial pot (Qty - 1); Repairs /enlargement to element holes on the cooking pot (Qty - 1) [Supply and fit]

ZSM 035. Screen doors -square tube framed and supported with deformed bars (Qty - 4); Bulgar bars supported with small boxed mash sheets. Square tubes framed and supported, then fit small boxed mash (Qty - 12); Buglers only-Framed with 12mm deformed round bars and supported with 10mm deformed round bars. [Site visit to be done on the 5th of February at 1000hrs at the school]

ZSM 036. ZSM is looking for a cleaning company to provide deep cleaning of two classes. [Cleaning of floors, walls, window panes and seals. Most work to be done will be determined on the site visit day, which will be on the 5th of February 2024 at 1100hrs at the school.]

ZSM 037. Fuel tracking system for all ZSM pool cars and personal issued.

ZSM 038. Adjustable lab chairs (40cm to 80cm) (Qty - 20); Lab Tables (Qty - 10); [85cm-90cm Height by 2m length (To be custom made). To come to the school for site visit on the 5th of February at 0900hrs]

ZSM 039. Supply and fit a 5000L water tank stand at the school (Qty - 1)

ZSM 040. ZSM is looking for a borehole drilling company with full equipment. The borehole depth is 150m. To come to the school for site visit on the 5th of February at 0900hrs.

ZSM 042. Banner flag brochure -Concave 4m double sided, local spike and bag (Qty - 4); Snake fabric banners -snake fabric designs (Qty - 4); Literature brochure A4 stand -A4 Z -Up (Qty - 2); Pop Up /Pop out Banners -horizontal double sided (Qty - 2) [NB: Samples required upon submission]

ZSM 043. A5 Booklets -cover and inside pages binded together, stapple binding, glossy paper (Qty - 400); Tri-fold brochures -A4 glossy (Qty - 6000).

ZSM 044. 19mm PVC conduits (Qty - 10); 19mm PVC couplings (Qty - 80); 19mm PVC nipples (Qty - 60); 19mm metal saddles (Qty - 50); 4x30mm chipboard screws (Qty - 150); Booster pump 0.5HP (Qty - 1); Pressure switch (Qty - 1); 19mm PVC bends (Qty - 15); 1.5m 3 CORE flex cable (Qty - 100m); Insulation tape (red & black) (Qty - 2 big rolls)

Qualifications and Experience

Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.

NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification

How to Apply
