Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with the procurement regulatory authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities

ZSM 510. 2,5mm 3core flexible (inside cable must 2.5mm thick) (Qty - 200m); 3x6 surface boxes (Qty – 20); Mirror tape 2.3mmx20m (Qty - 50m); Insulation tape (Qty - 3 big rolls); 6mm fisher plugs (Qty – 100); 4x30mm chipboard screws (Qty – 100).

ZSM 511. Consultant services Team building from 6-7 December.

ZSM 512. Harness Belts (Qty – 10); Hearing protection with divisors (Qty – 10).

ZSM 513. Double metal doors painted cream. Supply and fit with lockset and the metal must be 0.6mm thick (Qty – 4) .

ZSM 514. Servicing of 3 fire extinguishers 4.5kgs (Qty – 3)

ZSM 515. Consultancy services-portfolio of work done before, Curriculum evaluation.

ZSM 517. Air conditioner servicing (Qty – 1)

ZSM 518. Branded Note pads A5 (Qty – 100) [Sample required]

ZSM 519. Diamond light with unknown port (Qty – 16); Surge protectors with 3x13A and 2x16A (Qty – 4).

ZSM 520. Service and calibration of Wensar scale 6000x 0.1g (Qty – 1); Service and calibration of Analytical balance 220gx0.0001g FA 2204 E 150kg (Qty – 1); Service and calibration of Mickey Mouse scale (Qty – 1); Service, calibration and repairs of Micro YH-T3 300kg X 0.05kg (Qty – 1) [Samples are required upon submission]

ZSM 521. Tray with handles stainless steel (60cmx40cm) (Qty – 2); Weighing boat stainless steel 70mm (Qty - 2 ); Prill boxes plastic (Qty - 50 ); Weighing dishes 140ml (Qty – 2); Chata weigh spatula 155mm (Qty – 6); Permanent markers (boxes) (Qty - 4); Flux mixing bags (Qty - 1000 ).

Qualifications and Experience

Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:

1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.

NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification

How to Apply

Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number.
