Population Solutions for Health is inviting qualified and duly registered suppliers to submit expression of interest letters to be considered for the supply of goods and services for the 2024-2026 period. PSH is a donor-funded organization operating in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC) to achieve bottom-line health impact through targeted health communications and distribution of health products & services. Interested suppliers (including existing PSH suppliers) in the below listed categories are encouraged to participate.

Duties and Responsibilities

5 Events equipment hire: PA systems, raised stages, tents, chairs, tables, linen

8 General electrical and generator repairs
9 Generator servicing and repairs
10 Hotels, Lodges, (accommodation and conference services)
11 Incineration and medical waste management or disposal services
12 IT Equipment and services: computer hardware, software, mobile devices, consumables/ supplies
13 Laboratory equipment and consumables
14 Litho printed stationery: brochures, posters, charts, leaflets, books, bunting, business forms, calendars
15 Media buying services (Digital, press, radio, social media placements)
16 Office furniture
17 Office stationery
18 Outdoor media (Billboards, rank signs, wall murals, banners, premises, and vehicle branding)
19 Pathology laboratory services
20 Photography, videography & associated production services: to cover corporate events/ functions & production of documentaries and tv spots.

23 Promotional material & branded corporate gifts

Qualifications and Experience

Required documents:
• Copies of Certificate of Registration / incorporation. Names of Directors (CR14).
• Current / valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• VAT Registration Certificate.
• Bank statements for minimum last six months (audited financial statements will be a distinct advantage).
• Certification(s) with relevant Industry/ Professional/Quality Assurance bodies.
• Company Profile, clearly stating physical address, contact numbers and e-mail address, with trade references.

How to Apply

The deadline for submission of responses is 22 January 2024, 5.00pm.

Envelopes should be clearly marked with the category ref number and description of category being applied for (if applying for more than a single category then a separate submission should be made for each category in a clearly labelled envelope stating the category No. & Product/Service Description).

NB: Only short-listed vendors will be contacted for a more detailed assessment (including but not limited to visits to vendor premises). Successful assessments will lead to the qualifying suppliers being added to PSH’s Pre-Qualified Supplier List. PSH reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
