7. Auction and Valuation services
8. Supply of motor vehicle batteries
9. Replacement of vehicle windscreens
10. Airtime sales
11. Computers repair under HP / Lenovo. warranty
12. Internet services providers.
13. Outside Catering services
14. Office cleaning services
15. Generator's sales, maintenance and repairs
16. Travel & air ticketing
17. Motor cycle servicing
18. School textbooks and publishers
19. Taxi and shuttle services
20. Motor vehicle repairs and maintenance
21. Fire equipment installations and servicing
22. Vehicle tracking systems / solutions
23 Air conditioners and refrigeration.

Collection and submission times are during World Vision Zimbabwe working hours (Mondays to Thursdays
from 0900 hours to 1600 hours; Fridays from 0900 hours to 12 noon), up to the 7th of February 2025 at
1300 hours Zimbabwe time.
Conditions:
➢ The Request for Proposal (RFP) forms are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
US$100 for each of the categories at the indicated World Vision offices.
➢ We encourage women-owned businesses and individuals with disabilities to participate in the
supplier registration.
➢ The supplier accreditation will last for 2 to 3 years, depending on the dynamics of the market.
➢ The supplier should be willing to sign the World Vision suppliers code and safeguarding policy.
➢ World Vision International reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give
reasons for its decision
