We are looking for a disciplined, professional, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be a fast and accurate typist, computer literate, and comfortable working in a modern office environment that uses digital and AI-assisted tools.
This role is suited for someone who is confident in communication, able to multitask, and capable of handling administrative and front-office responsibilities professionally.
Purpose of the Role
To support daily office operations by:
• Managing communication and scheduling activities
• Supporting document preparation and office coordination
• Using digital and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Handling filing, printing, and document management
• Coordinating internal and external communication
• Supporting management with administrative tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Writing and managing SEO-driven articles and general content
Coordinating and maintaining the social media calendar
Liaising with internal departments to ensure content is aligned and delivered on time
Handling general reception and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience
No prior experience is required.
The ideal candidate should be computer literate, comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms, and
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet, spreadsheets)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools and digital office technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Added Advantage
• Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant (PA) or in an administrative support role will be an added advantage.
