Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This entry-level role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is young, presentable, and possesses excellent communication skills. While experience is not a strict requirement, we value sharpness, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming:
Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the office.

Phone Handling:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting mail and maintaining office supplies.
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

Visitor Assistance:
Provide basic information to visitors in person and via phone/email.
Direct visitors to the appropriate offices or meeting rooms.

Security and Access Control:
Maintain office security by monitoring access via the reception desk.
Issue visitor badges and keep a logbook.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by staff members.
Update calendars and coordinate meeting logistics.

Other Duties:
Handle other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
At least 5 O Levels Including English

Age and Presentation:

Young and professional appearance.
Well-groomed and neatly dressed.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Adaptability and a positive attitude.
