We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist who will also serve as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. This dynamic role requires a professional with exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and representing the organization with a high level of professionalism. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive diary management and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Reception and Front Office Management
• Greet visitors warmly, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate departments, taking detailed messages when necessary.
Diary and Calendar Management for the CEO
• Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare daily agendas and relevant materials for the CEO’s meetings and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or office management are a plus.
• This is a full-time position located at the company’s Headquarters in Harare. Some flexibility in working hours may be required, particularly to support CEO scheduling and travel.
