Are you an organized, professional, and enthusiastic individual with a flair for administration? Join our dynamic team at Delta Africa Contracting, a growing electrical engineering firm specializing in the installation of electrical fittings for both commercial and residential buildings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area and meeting rooms.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
• Coordinate communication between departments and handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 Advanced Level subjects and a business administration certificate.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A professional appearance and friendly attitude.
• Knowledge of the electrical engineering or construction industry is an advantage.
