Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing marketing strategies
• Market and sale residential, commercial and industrial stands
• Negotiate property sales’ agreements with clients
• Sourcing and vetting of suitable clients
• Attending to Chinese speaking clients

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 - 3 years proven experience in property sales and marketing
• Possesses a clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Must possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in sales and marketing
• Ability to communicate in Chinese language an added advantage
