Job Description

Zimasco (Pvt) Limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production, has
some exciting, and challenging career opportunity at its Mining Division.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent and experienced
individuals to fill the vacant post of Projects Clerk on contract basis, renewable
subject to performance.
PROJECTS CLERK X 1

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 Coordinating of mine activities and relevant reports.
 Providing administrative support to the Mine Project Department.
 Proficient with Microsoft packages.
 Entering Data and produce reports relating to production.
 Produce monthly report statistics on safety, maintenance and production.
 Perform general administrative duties as required.
 Assist with the creation of project contracts for renewal.

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 Minimum 5 ‘O’ Levels.
 Minimum of 2 years’ experience of clerical/administration experience.
 Basic understanding of mining terminology and processes.
 Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP System.
 Full/Mining Blasting licence is an added advantage.
 Knowledge of NOSA or other Safety, Health and Environmental systems an
added advantage.
 Driver’s licence.
