St John Ambulance Association Zimbabwe is part of an International healthcare charity, St John International which is accredited to the United Nations. St John Associations provide first aid, health care and humanitarian programmes in over 40 countries. St John International, based in London, UK supports the work of St John around the world to provide healthcare to some of the world's most vulnerable communities.
Role Description
This is a contract Project Officer role at St. John
Ambulance Association Zimbabwe, located in Harare, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Officer will be responsible for overseeing donor-funded projects, ensuring project deliverables are met, managing project budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role involves both on-site and remote work.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Project management, budget management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in overseeing donor-funded projects and ensuring project deliverables
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is a
plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
