Production Clerk
Location: Reform Way Depot
Job Purpose
To support the Production department at Supreme Brands with accurate data capture, stock reconciliations, and cost tracking, while ensuring alignment with Finance requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Capture and maintain daily production data, yields, and wastage reports.
2. Assist with stock reconciliations between production output and finished goods.
3. Support preparation of production cost reports and variance analysis.
4. Liaise with Finance on invoicing, GRNs, and production-related expenses.
5. Maintain proper filing and updating of production and finance records.
6. Monitor adherence to budgets and production targets.
7. Assist with month-end stock counts and reconciliations.
8. Ensure compliance with Supreme Brands policies, SHEQ, and internal controls.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum: Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any ERP/Accounting system.
* Understanding of costing, stock control, and production processes.
* High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
