Product Support Officer

Job Description

High Performance Lubricants seeks to recruit a Product Support Officer who will be responsible for high street account and cash customers, product support across all segments, customer complaints, and other duties as may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Business development in the PCO Segment, with a special focus on High Street, and Walk-in/cash customers.
• Establishment and management of an effective customer database system.
• Carrying out promotions in high street, including Micro-Marketing.
• Assistance with product training of retailer sales people in-store, including post-training evaluations and training needs analysis.
• Assisting with EOL Administration including contracts and asset register. This includes POS material such as signage and forecourt mid-signage.
• Reporting on customer complaints and feedback in the segment.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of Hp lubes PCO strategies and advising accordingly.
• Any duties as may be assigned by Hp lubes management.
• Carrying out customer surveys in the respective segment.

Qualifications and Experience

 At least five ‘O’ Level passes including English and Mathematics.
 A degree or diploma in a technical field is essential. A marketing qualification is an added advantage.
 Clean Class 4 Driver’s License with at least 3 years driving experience
 Computer literacy
 Ability to work with minimum supervision
 Ability to build good rapport with customers
 Computer literacy
 Fluency in written and spoken English
 Advanced product technical knowledge to handle routine and challenging enquiries
 Ability to work within and with the sales team
 Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards work
 Ability to set up and run a records management system.
