About AFRODAD
The African Forum and Network on Debt and Development (AFRODAD) is a Pan African civil society
organisation established in 1996 as a regional platform and organisation for lobbying and advocating
for debt cancellation and addressing development finance related issues in Africa. AFRODAD aspires
for equitable and sustainable development leading to a prosperous Africa. The organisation currently
has presence in Cameroon, Kenya, and Zimbabwe.

Duties and Responsibilities

AFRODAD engages service providers and suppliers from different countries and is looking to list
suppliers for services in 2025 from the following industries and countries.
1. Interpretation and Translation Services - Cameroon, Kenya, South Africa, and Zimbabwe
2. Travel and tourism agents - Kenya and Zimbabwe
3. Rapporteurs - Any African Country
4. Hotels (Conference and Retreat facilities)- Any African Country
5. Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical Repair services- Zimbabwe
6. Design and Printing- Kenya and Zimbabwe
7. Computers, Laptops, and electronic consumables- Cameroon, Kenya, South Africa, and
Zimbabwe
8. Taxi Services Cameroon, Kenya and Zimbabwe
9. Corporate gifts (T-Shirts, Shirts, diaries, bags etc.) Kenya and Zimbabwe
10. Team Building Facilitation Services- Kenya and Zimbabwe
11. Borehole repairs- Zimbabwe
12. Carpentry- Zimbabwe
13. Electrical maintenance and repairs- Zimbabwe
14. Fire extinguisher servicing- Zimbabwe
15. Pharmaceutical supplies- Kenya and Zimbabwe
16. Stationary- Zimbabwe, Kenya
17. Security services- Zimbabwe
