Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the open pit mine operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the open pit mining operation, including drilling and blasting.
- Ensuring that the mining operations are conducted safely and in accordance with environmental regulations.
-Monitoring and controlling costs associated with the operations.
-Supervising and training selected staff to acquire MBLs & FBLs.
- Maintaining records of production, waste and inventory.

Qualifications and Experience
Must have a degree, diploma in mining with a FULL BLASTING LICENCE and at least 15 years experience as a Mine Superintendent or equivalent level. Must have experience in open cast mining especially in a lithium environment.
