Qualifications and Experience
What We Are Looking For
• Management & Buying Roles: Minimum of a Degree or Diploma.
• Department Supervisors: Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate.
• For All Other Roles: Minimum of 5 'O' Levels (including Mathematics and English Language).
• Experience: Relevant retail experience in your chosen role (regional/SA supermarket experience is a massive plus
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
