Job Summary
Cimas Health Group's purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a Nurse In Charge to coordinate Clinic operations in line with Cimas policies and global health standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing Clinic operations reports (daily, weekly, monthly and annual) and submits to the Clinic Manager.
• Monitoring the triaging of clients in line with the patient management protocol.
• Monitoring.
client management in the treatment and procedure rooms in line with
professional ethics and set turnaround times.
• Following up on critical patients (such as admitted patients) and conducts after service care in line with Cimas policies and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to infection control practices at the Clinic in line with WHO, Ministry of Health and Cimas Protocols.
• Authorizing the ordering and issuance of sundries, stationery and other Clinic consumables in accordance with Clinic requirements and reorder levels.
• Compiling Clinic duty roster, staff time sheets and payroll inputs and submits to the Clinic Manager in line with payroll cut of dates.
Qualifications and Experience
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to analyse and solve work related problems to achieve the correct outcomes. Clear verbal, written communication and ability to prepare accurate reports are essential, as the role involves collaborating with a team of diverse medical professionals and patients.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Nursing
• Post basic qualification in Counselling
• A registered Nurse with the Nurses' Council of Zimbabwe
• Experience in Administration is necessary
