GRADUATE TRAINEE OPPORTUNITY!!
MONITORING & EVALUATION GRADUATE TRAINEES X2
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to undertake an intensive two-year structured graduate-traineeship in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Support the promotion of monitoring and evaluation standards, quality
assurance/control, and capacity development within support functions.
• Design a participatory process to engage all implementing departments in
maintaining the Monitoring and Evaluation system, ensuring ownership and buy-
in.
• Provide technical assistance to implementing departments.
• Assist with data collection, entry, and analysis using Excel and SPSS.
• Conduct project progress monitoring and reporting.
• Lead the development of fact sheets on areas of strategic priority for the organization.
• Assist Monitoring and Evaluation officers in creating Monitoring and Evaluation
plans.
• Help prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual project monitoring reports
summarizing performance against targets.
• Assist in drafting Terms of Reference (TOR) for special studies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• A Degree in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Risk Management, Economics,
Data Science, Agronomy or equivalent.
• Post graduate training in Monitoring & Evaluation is an added advantage.
• At least 1-year relevant industrial attachment experience.
